Appleflats
At Appleflats, I led the marketing and design for a small local food brand as it grew its products and opened a new retail store. My role covered pretty much everything creative, from branding, packaging, and product photography to partnerships, campaigns, and finding ways to get more people talking about the brand.

A selection of news coverage, blog features, and TV appearances I landed for Appleflats.
Working for a small business meant wearing a lot of hats. I designed packaging and marketing materials, photographed products, created campaigns, worked with other local brands, and supported the opening of our new retail store.
A big part of my role was also creating buzz around Appleflats. I worked with local media and bloggers to get our story out there, helping land coverage across newspapers, online publications, radio, and TV.
It was a hands-on role where I could take an idea and run with it, whether that meant designing a new product label, setting up a photoshoot, planning a partnership, or finding a way to get the brand in front of a new audience.
