# Maui Unified Mobile App

We redesigned Gryphtech’s suite of real estate mobile apps around a shared design system that worked across different brands, languages, and devices. As the apps moved from Xamarin to .NET MAUI, we brought the mobile experience back in line with the web platform while still giving each real estate brand its own identity.

A look at onboarding, notifications, core app screens, App Store designs, and some of the design work in Figma.

Over the years, Gryphtech’s web and mobile apps had evolved separately and started to feel like different products. The move to .NET MAUI gave us a chance to bring them back together rather than simply rebuild what already existed.

Working alongside Product, Engineering, and QA, I designed the new mobile experience in Figma from early concepts and user testing through development, QA, and release. We created reusable patterns that developers could build once and use across the different branded apps.

One of the biggest challenges was making those same layouts work across iOS and Android, different screen sizes, and markets around the world. Components had to handle longer translations and right-to-left languages without breaking layouts or requiring a different design for each market.

My work also included accessibility, app icons, splash screens, notifications, and other parts of the experience outside the core interface.

After four months, the redesigned apps were released on the App Store and Google Play to thousands of real estate agents worldwide.
